Shipping & Returns
*Orders will generally be fulfilled within 2-4 business days of the order date (retail customers only) unless an ordered item is listed as on backorder - in which case the entire order will ship once the backordered item is back in stock, usually within 2 weeks at the most.
*This includes orders with expedited shipping. The expedited shipping method applies to the carrier's shipping time, not our processing of the order. We process all orders, regardless of shipping method, as fast as possible :)
Baleen will gladly accept exchanges for non-sale items within 14 days of order delivery or 14 days of order fulfillment for pick-up orders. We do not offer returns/refunds. Sale, edible and cosmetic items, as well as gift boxes are final sale and not eligible for exchange (exchanges on sale items will only be accepted if an item is defective).
To be eligible for exchange, goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Exchanged items must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt and be on original packaging. The cost for shipping for the exchange is $6.50 - we do not offer free shipping on exchanges.
To exchange goods, please complete the form on the backside of the receipt that came with your order and include in the box with your return. If your receipt does not have a form please include a note with your name, email, shipping address and what you would like to exchange for.
Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Baleen will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Baleen.
If all exchange conditions are met, an invoice will be emailed for any difference in cost and/or the shipping cost of $6.50 (unless more expedited shipping is requested) for the exchanged-for item. If the above conditions are not met, all items applicable will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation.
When purchasing items as part of a Buy One Get One promotion, the promotional discount is based on the lowest priced item, then applied to each item proportionately. If you choose to return any of the items for exchange, your store credit will be reduced to the discounted amount for each item.
If your order has been lost in transit or your tracking says it was delivered and you did not receive it, please email customer service at email@example.com. After an order has been delivered to the requested shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We're more than happy to attempt repair on any pieces that have been subjected to normal wear within 1 year of purchase. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with an explanation of what needs repair and we'll let you know if it's possible. We'll just ask for a small fee to cover the return shipping, unless the repair is more major - in which case the cost is determined on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to deny any request due to evidence of abnormal treatment of the piece.
Free Curbside Pick-up
We're happy to offer free curbside pick-up at our store daily, 11-5pm. Just place your order online and select the Pick-up option. Once your order is ready we'll send you an email notification. Please wear a face mask when you come pick up.
Domestic ShippingAll orders over $150 will require a signature confirmation at time of delivery.
