Turn-Around

Orders will generally be fulfilled within *1-4 business days of the order date unless an ordered item is listed as on backorder - in which case the entire order will ship once the backordered item is back in stock, usually within 2 weeks at the most.  During a sale, our turn-around time may be slightly longer due to an increase in order volume. Because our shipping turn-around can be very fast please be sure to enter the correct shipping address. If you need to edit your order or shipping address please contact us at support@shopbaleen.com as soon as possible.  We can not be held responsible for incorrectly provided addresses and information but will always do our best to help out in these situations. 

*This includes orders with expedited shipping.  The expedited shipping method applies to the carrier's shipping time, not our processing of the order.  We process all orders, regardless of shipping method, as fast as possible :)

Exchanges

Baleen will gladly accept exchanges or offer store credit within 30 days of order delivery (or 30 days from order fulfillment date for “pick up” orders). We do not offer refunds. The goods must be on their original tags and free from signs of wear or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Sales are final on all gift boxes, cosmetic, edible, custom and sale items. Exchanges on sale items will only be accepted if the item is defective.

Customers will assume responsibility for the return and exchange shipping charges ($10 total through our portal). Baleen will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Baleen or for any damage to items while in transit back to Baleen for an exchange.

Please wrap your return items in bubble wrap (or padding your order came in) and ship in a small box (ideally the one your order arrived in). No padded envelopes please!

When purchasing items as part of a Buy One Get One promotion, the promotional discount is based on the lowest priced item, then applied to each item proportionately. If you choose to return any of the items for exchange, your store credit will be reduced to the discounted amount for each item.

We do not offer price adjustments.

Missing Packages

If your order has been lost in transit or your tracking says it was delivered and you did not receive it, please email customer service at support@shopbaleen.com.  After an order has been delivered to the requested shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Repairs

We're more than happy to attempt repair on any pieces that have been subjected to normal wear within 1 year of purchase. Email support@shopbaleen.com with an explanation of what needs repair and we'll let you know if it's possible. We'll just ask for a small fee to cover the return shipping, unless the repair is more major - in which case the cost is determined on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to deny any request due to evidence of abnormal treatment of the piece.      

 

Free Order Pick-up

We're happy to offer free order pick-up at our store. Just place your order online and select the pick-up option.  Once your order is ready we'll send you an email notification and you can stop by anytime during our normal business hours to pick up.  Standard processing time (2-4 business days of the order date) applies to pick up orders.  If you need to pick up sooner please email support@shopbaleen.com.

Domestic Shipping

All orders over $200 will require a signature confirmation at time of delivery.

  • USPS First Class Ground for orders under $99:  $7.50
  • USPS First Class Ground for orders $99-$149:  FREE

USPS First Class delivery time varies, 1-5 days generally depending on location. Does not include insurance. Tracking is included.

  • UPS Ground for orders under $150:  $12
  • UPS Ground for orders over $150:  FREE
  • UPS 2nd Day Air for orders under $150:  $18
  • UPS 2nd Day Air for orders $150 - $199: $15
  • UPS 2nd Day Air for orders over $200:  $12

UPS Ground shipping is generally 2-5 days. Applies to the contiguous United States only. Shipping cost is per order (not per item). Tracking is included with all options and delivery time is based on location and is an estimate.

Please note: Any shipments to remote areas that cost more than the standard shipping rates will be invoiced for shipping once their order is placed.  We will contact you via email and send an online invoice for payment. One the invoice is paid your order will ship. 

    Shipping to Canada

    UPS or DHL:  $28 (generally 5-10 days)

    Shipping cost is per order (not per item).  Tracking is included and delivery time is based on location and is an estimate from carriers. Duties may apply - customer is responsible. We only ship internationally using UPS or DHL as they have proven to be the only reliable carriers.  International orders may incur customs fees.  

      International Shipping

      UPS or DHL:  $50 (generally 6-10 days)

        Shipping cost is per order (not per item).  Tracking is included and delivery time is based on location and is an estimate from carriers. Duties may apply - customer is responsible. We only ship internationally using UPS or DHL as they have proven to be the only reliable carriers.  International orders may incur customs fees.
