Social Media Manager &
Organic Video Content Creator

We're on the hunt for a social media organic video content creator / manager to engage our readers with thoughtful, eye-catching and fun video content that tells our unique story......Someone with a passion for social media, plus the skills and experience listed below that is also shares our brand's aesthetic, an enthusiasm for our goods, and a great overall attitude and personality. 

This role involves developing high quality, original "organic" video content that invites our community behind the scenes and into our world, as well as overall management of our social media accounts (mainly Instagram). Must have applicable experience in organic content creation and social media management for a brand(s). We are looking for someone who loves our brand/jewelry and what we stand for, and wants to share that love with our followers.

Responsibilities Include:

- Shooting video content at our shop/studio at least 1-2 days/week
- Coming up with fun ideas for content
- Manually posting content to IG 5 days/week at designated days/times
- Managing our content calendar
- Lead content planning and production in line with brand strategy, goals, and GTM calendar (keeps track of launch dates, events, promotions, milestones and more)

- Drafting copy
- Report on performance, identify and execute optimizations

- Community and message management
- Influencer and affiliate outreach + management
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, news, and emerging technologies

- Collaborate cross-functionally with founders and other team members

- Thoughtful and witty copy
- Social video editing chops and “light design” and an eye for on-brand and engaging reposts
- Beautiful, engaging and fun/playful videos that tell our unique story
- Videos that capture our shop, jewelry and the array of goods we sell
- Videos that capture our production processes and makers in action

- You’re ready to execute a social media marketing plan, from creative concept to completion. Reporting, optimization, repeat!

Pay:

Hourly DOE, starting at $21-$24/hr
