Made from medical grade titanium so they're safe for sensitive skin and they're the same thickness as traditional earring posts, so they work for standard piercings on the ear lobes. These are super cute everyday earrings for my second and third piercings. They are comfortable to sleep in and I barely feel them. They are very tiny so don't put them in while leaning over a sink. My only wish is that Baleen had more comfy earrings. Definitely going to buy more!
